For fleet owners & safety managers

Safety and compliance your insurer can see.

We build the policies, driver files, maintenance records and audits that keep a small or mid-sized carrier compliant, and we turn them into a documented safety story your broker can put in front of the underwriter.

How an engagement runs

  1. Assess

We start with your records, not a template: driver qualification files, hours-of-service logs, maintenance and inspection reports, accident registers and your current scores under CVOR, PEVL and the FMCSA’s Safety Measurement System. We talk to dispatch, drivers and management, because the paperwork only tells half the story.

  2. Plan

You get a written list of gaps, ranked by the risk they carry and the effort to close them, and a plan sized to your fleet and your budget. Where a spreadsheet and a clear routine will do the job, we will not sell you software.

  3. Implement

We write or rewrite the policies, rebuild the files, train the people who keep them current and set up simple dashboards that show where you stand. If your team would rather focus on dispatch, we can run the safety and compliance function for you.

  4. Monitor

Periodic audits, year-over-year trends in inspections and violations, and a root-cause review whenever a score moves the wrong way. Before renewal, the record is organized for your broker, so the underwriter sees a documented program, not a promise.

Three regimes, three rating ladders. One partner across all of them.
