Privacy policy
September 29, 2026
Phoenix Innovative Strategies (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you visit pinnstrategies.com or work with us. By using the website, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Personal information. When you contact us, take our growth assessment, subscribe to updates or engage our consulting services, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your company name and job title
- For carriers, your fleet size and insurance renewal date, if you choose to give them
- Your answers to the growth assessment
- Any other details you choose to provide in forms or correspondence
Technical information. To keep the website working well, we may collect technical information such as browser type and version, device type, IP address, approximate location, pages visited, time spent and the referring website.
Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics, with its advertising features turned off, to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location and device. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland it runs only if you accept. Elsewhere it runs if you continue to use the site after the notice. You can turn it off at any time under “Cookie settings” below; analytics then stops on your device and its cookies are removed.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and provide the services you request
- To calculate and send you your assessment results
- To improve our website, our services and your experience
- To send occasional updates or insights, only if you have agreed; you can opt out at any time
- To keep internal records and manage communications
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations
3. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share limited information only when necessary:
- Service providers: trusted partners who help us host the website, analyze traffic or send communications, under agreements that protect your information.
- Legal obligations: when required by law, regulation or legal process.
- Business transitions: in the event of a merger, restructuring or acquisition involving Phoenix Innovative Strategies.
4. Québec Law 25: our forms and the assessment
Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25, gives you specific rights. Here is, in plain terms, what happens to what you enter on this site.
- What we store. From the contact form: your name, company, email, phone, the role you choose, fleet size and renewal date if given, and your message. From the growth assessment: your answers and score, and your email and phone number if you give them to see your breakdown or ask to be contacted.
- Why. To reply to you, send your results, and prepare a consultation if you ask for one. We do not use your assessment answers for any other purpose, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
- Where. What you send through a form is emailed to our team by our email provider (Resend). The website keeps it only until that email is delivered, then deletes it; the email in our inbox is the record. Our website host (Cloudflare) and the email provider may process it outside Québec under safeguards equivalent to Québec law.
- How long. We keep it only as long as needed to reply and follow up, then delete it. If you become a client, it becomes part of our client records.
- Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email info@pinnstrategies.com with the subject line “Privacy request”, and we will respond within 30 days.
The person in charge of the protection of personal information at Phoenix Innovative Strategies can be reached at info@pinnstrategies.com.
5. Data security
We apply appropriate administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, however.
6. Your rights and data retention
Wherever you live, you can ask to access, update or delete your personal information, withdraw consent to communications, or get a copy of what we hold, by writing to info@pinnstrategies.com. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, to meet legal obligations and to maintain business records.
